Vector Equilibrium are delighted to announce that two businesses we’ve worked with on delivering stress management and resilience training programmes have been shortlisted for Construction News’ Health, Safety and Wellbeing Excellence award.

In the award submissions, O’Donovan Waste Disposal revealed that ‘Following a programme that taught workers how to recognise when stress is building and how to manage it, stress levels dropped from 61 per cent to 29 per cent in one month’. While, Keltbray Group identified that employees were 27% less likely to feel stressed following Vector Equilibrium’ programme.
